Constance Jablonski Workout Routine Diet Plan

French model, Constance Jablonski is into modeling since 2006. From the last three years, she is also appearing in the Victoria’s Secret fashion show. You must have watched her and know how sexy she is. But, this stunning figure does not come so easy. Her 34-24-35 inches measurements are the result of her hard work and regular workout.

She has always been a good tennis player and earlier dreamed of becoming that, since her school time. She remained competitive player for consecutive nine years, at that time. So, her figure had nice curves since olden days and that is why she got a chance to step into modeling industry. She is the newer face of Estée Lauder alongside Liu Wen and Joan Smalls, as of 2010.

She made her catwalk debut in September 2008 by walking in the New York, Milan and Paris fashion weeks. You need to prepare your body runway ready. On being asked, how she makes her body runway ready, her response was

“To prepare for the fashion week, I try to save a lot of energy by having a good night’s sleep and exercise a lot to be in good shape and prepare my body for a long month of walking and running around.”

Walking is really required for a model to look good as it tones the calves muscles and as a result the legs look nice. This also helps a model to balance herself during ramp walk.

How she feels on becoming a model? She replies with

“The life of a model is not easy. But I try to keep a good head on my shoulders by staying close to my family and old friends. They’re my support system.”

She feels really great on being the new face of luxurious and highly acclaimed cosmetics brand Estee Lauder. As she is a huge cosmetics fan, she expressed her happy feelings by saying that she she gets to travel new places in the world and try new products, before they are really out.

During holidays, her workout routine is little disturbed, but she still manages it quite well. In her own words

“I exercise a lot. But, it’s true that it is not easy during the holidays. It is so cold outside and you feel like sitting under your blanket drinking hot chocolate. But, I always take me sneakers no matter where I go to jog or to play tennis. “

She has developed a habit of eating healthy since her childhood. Her parents had taught her so. She can eat fruits and veggies easily. Also, she does not worries too much. Unlike other models, who, when eats a chocolate or some junk food worries about their figure or getting fat for a month. But, Constance is cool and not paranoid.

Her thoughts regarding good diet are like people should not diet for a particular time (say for 45 days) and then they start splurging on food. Good health is a thing which should be there in everyone and one must try to stay in good shape forever.

She is a sea food lover due to her family. She says she used to eat “Coquilles Saint-Jacques” at home as a form of appetizer. This is a special way to cook scallops.
