Erin Heatherton, American model and Victoria’s Secret Angel is serious regarding her workouts. She does yoga and running almost daily. But, the workout was not enough to keep her 5’11” tall frame in compact and good condition. Hence, she also needed to focus on her diet, which she surely realized after meeting another American model, Cindy Crawford (known for her trademark mole just above her lip). Cindy told Erin about the importance of diet, especially protein rich, neglecting which, can be harmful to Erin as she may lose her curves. Cindy said

“It is really not always about working out. The most important thing is about what you eat. That really changed my perspective.”

Instead of going for crash diet programme, try some natural product which increases metabolism and helps in fat oxidation.

Heatherton, who loves to eat fish and chicken, now works out with a personal trainer 4 days a week. She focuses on her full body, rather than on a specific body part. For this, she does a variety of exercises and maintains her body weight. She mainly executes interval training combined with weight resistance, which her favorite exercise as well. This increases her heart rate and helps her in burning maximum calories and thus lowering her overall weight. She says that her workout routine sometimes changes depending upon the future upcoming events. She said to Shape magazine that

“I like to inform my trainer of upcoming events so that we may coordinate a proper workout plan for each event. Sometimes the workout intensifies depending on the upcoming schedule.”

Ms. Heatherton never feels bored of his workouts like other celebrities feels. She mixes her routine with different exercises and this keeps her regular to the gym. The Jewish celeb does exercises for about 1 hour every day. Along with Candice Swanepoel, she launched Victoria’s Secret new workout range, in the first quarter of 2012. In all, she is not lazy regarding her exercises and manages to do them on a regular basis.

Erin takes proper care of her diet and eats a balanced diet which includes proteins, vegetables, nuts, granola, etc. She is a fish and chicken lover and sometimes also takes bacon. Being a normal human being, she also gets tempted to her splurges, like most of us like cheese and meat. But, she tries to resist herself as much as possible because she knows that the end result is not worth the expense.

She eats fruits as a part of her snack. She has been advised to eat regularly and in small portions so that she can maintain her proper energy levels and also, body weight.

  2. That is odd as she was always tall tall and thin thin. They portray her as fat and having to keep it off. NOT
