Former Geordie Shore (2011-Present) star, Chloe Ferry has always been open about her lifestyle choices. She is among the few celebrities who admitted to having multiple cosmetic surgeries. She is now busy in flaunting off her figure on the social media and any event she goes to. The diva admits that she took the ages’ old route to fitness, i.e., workout and diet to lose weight but she also accepts taking some supplements to boost the results. She shared her thoughts on going under the knife to remove the excess skin from her body. Let’s have a look at her weight loss efforts over here.

The Changes

Irish Mirror reports that the stunning lady has lost two stones in just eight weeks time. If you think that’s not incredible enough, she went from a dress size 14 to an 8-10 and she even managed to get rid of eight inches off her waist. She lost four inches from her thighs too. She decided to let go of her extra weight when her photos of an Australia trip made her look curvier than usual. The two main changes she stuck to were hitting the gym regularly and not having any junk food.

Aspirations

The eccentric reality star is not satisfied with her weight loss even now and wants to achieve a new goal. She wants to get down to 9st from 9st 7lbs. To achieve this goal, she is sticking to her new diet plan that involves following a strict diet and cutting down on drinks.

Diet Changes

The TV personality followed Uneq diet plan to lose weight. She customized it to suit her needs by adding her chicken obsession into the diet. She changed her nuggets to a healthier oven-baked chicken breast or used a stir-fry. These small changes had made her realize that she can maintain her weight with Uneq as well as what she puts into her body. She is aware of the fact that her working hours are usually long when she shoots, so she is ready to make clever choices to ensure that she doesn’t gain back the weight she has lost.

Diet Before the Weight Loss

Breakfast

The breakfast consisted of a sugar-filled cereal, a coffee with two sugars and two pieces of toast with jam.

Mid-Morning Snack

The mid-morning snack was a chocolate bar and a bag of large Crisps.

Lunch

In lunch, she gorged on junk food options like McDonald’s McChicken sandwich, large fries, full fat coke and some chicken nuggets.

Afternoon Snack

In an afternoon snack, she enjoyed two packets of crisps.

Dinner

The dinner was chicken curry ordered from a Chinese restaurant, a can of full-fat coke, half rice, half crisps, and a chocolate bar.

Breakfast

The day began with having some porridge, some Uneq XDRALEAN, and a Uneq Diet Protein shake in the breakfast.

Lunch consisted of some chicken breast, steamed broccoli, steamed asparagus and XDRALEAN & XEROCARB capsules.

Afternoon Snack

The post-lunch snack consisted of a piece of fruit with some nuts or nuts with a Uneq Diet Protein Shake.

Dinner

In dinner, grilled chicken with tomatoes and a lettuce salad were enjoyed along with XEROCARB capsules.

Workout Routine

The workout regime of the brunette included hitting the gym for 90 minutes post breakfast. She did basic weight exercises on some days and had some days reserved for cardio too.

Liposuction

The young celebrity has admitted to opting for botox, lip fillers, veneers and rhinoplasty to make herself look good on screen but when she was quizzed about using Lipo to get rid of stubborn pounds, she refused the idea, reports The Sun. She said that it would be cheating and she is not considering it at the moment. She also shared that she doesn’t have much excess fat on her body now. (We can’t help agreeing with it after seeing some of her recent pictures!!)

Negative Comments

The hot looking model also confessed that there are people who made some cruel comments after her weight loss success. But she couldn’t care less about what such people think. She never even bats an eyelid at the negative comments thrown her way. In fact, she stated that many of her fans have praised her weight loss success and she is happy about it. She adds that it’s her body and she will do anything with it if it makes her happy.
