The key changes of her lifestyle started with her appreciation for eating healthy foods. She even became macrobiotic for around two years as she wanted to heal her father by proxy method. Her father did not show any liking for healthy foods. She read a lot about detoxing and eating whole foods. She also learned the value of staying away from sugars and processed foods as they were linked to deadly diseases like cancer.

The recipe of her smoothie includes normal ingredients like almond butter, almond milk, sea salt, vanilla powder and some coconut oil. (Seems okay till now, right?)

The smoothie also includes a Peruvian superfood maca, some ashwagandha (which helps calm anxiety and costs around $24 for 127 gm), some cordyceps (adaptogenic energy mushrooms costing around $50 for 87 gm) and a bit of ho shou wu (it’s a beauty and sex tonic that stimulates as well as balances hormones and costs $25 for 79 gm). The smoothie also includes mushroom and brown rice protein (offered at $50 a kilogram) and one teaspoon of “Moon Dust” (it gives extra energy and costs $80 for 56 gm). We must admit that we are stupefied after knowing her smoothie ingredients, to say the least, aren’t you?
