Ivan Perišić is a Croatian professional footballer who is best known for his career as a winger for Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur and the Croatia national team. He has also played for teams like Sochaux II, Club Brugge, Borussia Dortmund, VfL Wolfsburg, Inter Milan, and Bayern Munich in the past.   2. Ivan became of interest for many clubs at the age of 17 and was offered contracts by Anderlecht, Ajax, PSV, Trabzonspor, Hamburger SV, and Hertha BSC. However, Perišić decided to sign for the French team FC Sochaux.
  3. From 2007 until January 2009, Perišić played for the second team of FC Sochaux.
