Her exercises lasts for an hour or so, and she loves listening to music while working out. It’s a great idea as music helps one to relax, while exercising and passes the time easily.
Her breakfast usually consists of scrambled eggs, or oatmeal or sometimes, she opts for protein shake with a fruit. Like you expected, Kim has a personal chef and a nutritionist, who guides her in what to eat and how much to eat, so that she can preserve her sexy curves. We all know that Kim has a very busy schedule. But in spite of that, she manages to have a decent lunch every day. She always prefers that her cook prepares her lunch, which is now fish / chicken accompanied by fresh vegetables. Kim prefers the food prepared by her cook solely because it’s bound to be healthier. After the reality star has had her fill of lunch, she pampers her sweet tooth by eating Justin’s peanut butter (or sometimes almond butter) packs. It seems unbelievable that the sensational star really listens to her urges. She sometimes does not do the predictable.
The curvy beauty likes to get done with her dinner around 7 PM. The dinner usually consists of the same menu as her lunch. The gorgeous star has admitted that she is trying to control her desire to have desserts or cocktails. Though, she usually dreams of having the Haagen-Dazs ice cream after dinner and their Dulce de Leche is her first preference, but she refrains from it most of the times.
