After that, she performs strength training exercises such as slalom hops, clapping pushups with feet elevated on the bench and triple dumbbell raises. For the lower body, she performs box jumps, sumo squats, and reverse lunges.

Regarding diet, she focuses on eating whole grains, fresh veggies, fruits, and lean proteins. Tuna salad, roasted root vegetables, quinoa salads, and avocado are her preferred health foods.
