  2. He was inspired by the actor Trevor Eve, who left his main profession (architecture), so he can pursue acting. That was enough reason for Stephen that soon after he read the story of Trevor, joined Bristol Old Vic Theater School.
  3. Stephen was known by the name Stephen Dillon until early 1990 when he changed it back to his birth name, i.e., Stephen Dillane.
  4. In 2000, he won the Tony Award for his role in the play The Real Thing.
