Cameron Diaz Diet Plan

Teddy Bass designed an equally good diet as her workout. According to Teddy Bass’ diet plan, Cameron is required to eat 6 times a day. This helps her not to become anorexic, just like some of the other famous celebrities. Cameron Diaz follows ‘no white’ diet plan. It means that white sugar, white rice, white flour, potatoes, and things made from white flour like bread, cakes, pasta, noodles, etc. is avoided by her. Cameron Diaz, when she was 38 said to US Magazine

“I used to eat fried food from morning to night when I was in my 20s. But I have really had to make some changes. I love fried chicken and french fries. I can’t do that anymore.”

She starts her day with protein rich diet. As she is nearing 40s, so, she has to watch her diet closely. She eats right and maintains her body weight.

Cameron Diaz diet plan is as follows.

Morning 

  • Raw Almonds
  • Protein Shake
  • Plain Yoghurt
  • Low Fat Milk

Morning Snack

  • Fruit
  • Few Almonds
  • Cappuccino

Lunch

  • Grilled Chicken
  • Green Salad

Afternoon Snack

  • 2 prunes
  • 1 peach
  • Low Fat Yoghurt

Dinner

  • 2 Eggs with spinach
  • Tomatoes
  • Large Green Salad

After Dinner

  • Some pieces of Dark chocolate

In addition to the above mentioned food, she regularly drinks water also, which is the most important part of our food.

  1. I would recommend to stop eating dairy, except full fat butter, and introduce different types of nuts (remember: peanut are NOT nuts, I don’t recommend eating it. They are dry ground peas, as it belongs to the fabaceae family or legumes).

  2. Have you tried starting your early breakfast with 7 organic vacuum-packed dates and a cup or two of very warm water? Also, yogurt does not combine with milk,and almonds do not combine with milk,and fruit does not combine with dairy (except dates) so it would be best to separate the (raw organic) milk from the (organic hormone-free) yogurt and almonds (which should be pre-soaked). To your health! Great book, by the way!
