Candice Warner is one of those celebrities who hardly need an introduction. She is an Australian professional ironwoman, surf lifesaver, a model, and the wife of Australia’s star cricketer, David Warner. She is also a mother of 2 kids who has an amazing body and a simple approach to fitness. Read on to know her fitness advice and diet plan.

Diet Plan

The First Drink

Her days start at 6:30 a.m. and she has a lemon with a glass of warm water as the first thing in the morning.

Breakfast

At 8:30 a.m., she has a breakfast of avocado on toast with 2 poached eggs and tomatoes. She drinks some green tea as well.

Post Workout Meal

After spending around 2 hours at the gym, she eats a banana at 11:15 a.m.

Lunch

For lunch, at 12:15 p.m., she has a green salad with chicken and a bottle of water.

Afternoon Snack

She munches on a protein bar and a cup of blueberries and strawberries at 2:30 p.m. and has some more green tea.

Dinner

Dinner time is usually at 6 p.m. and includes steak with chips and vegetables.

Dessert

At 8 p.m., she enjoys some green tea with a dessert that consists of a small bowl of ice-cream.

How to Stay Fit?

Candice thinks that sacrifices are essential in life if you want to achieve something. She follows this advice in real life too as she is known for training for a marathon by continually running on a treadmill for 3.5 hours a day. In her opinion, fitness is hard work as nothing in life comes easy.

Body Confidence Issues

Like many of us, the mother of two also has body confidence issues when she thinks that she can’t wear a 2-piece to the beach or try a bikini in front of other people.

Dealing with the Issues

Her approach to dealing with body confidence issues is to set goals and stick to them. She thinks that the goals you set must be easy and doable otherwise you will end up failing. She has been setting goals since she was a kid and has always set small goals that are achievable. This approach seems to work for the stunner as she has achieved the goal of completing a 40-day challenge by incorporating smaller goals to the bigger challenge. Even now, she sets weekly goals to stay on track and rewards herself when she achieves them, which is essential for her to stay motivated to set newer goals.

Relaxation is Essential

The diva also believes that if you want to stay healthy and happy, you need to find time to relax and unwind. She does so by watching shows like Ellen: The Ellen DeGeneres Show and Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Dedication Matters

If you want to succeed in something, be it achieving the next health goal or your career, you should put your heart and soul in it. You might also need to be a little selfish to achieve a goal and there’s nothing wrong in that. Also, you must be patient, stay motivated, and be confident throughout your journey to success. Just surround yourself with good people and work hard and you will surely taste success.
