- Caroline’s first WTA title came in 2014 at the Copa Claro Colsanitas in Bogotá, Colombia, where she upset the former World no. 1 and the defending champion Jelena Janković.
- When she and Kristina Mladenovic won the 2016 French Open doubles title, they became the first French pairing to do so since Gail Chanfreau and Françoise Dürr in 1971. The pair went on to win the WTA award for ‘Best Doubles Team of the Year’.
