Carrie Ann Inaba is an American dancer, TV show host, choreographer, actress, and singer, best known for being a co-host in The Talk CBS Daytime show since 2017, as well as being a judge on Dancing with the Stars since 2005. She also hosted 1 vs. 100, a game TV show, from 2010 to 2011. 2. Carrie loved dancing from an early age and used to dance in her backyard that had a view of the Pacific Ocean. She had her first dance instructions when she was 3 years old, in a creative movement class.
3. Carrie initially wanted to be a singer in Japan but realized that the industry groomed the way singers looked to fit a certain mold, instead of nurturing their artistic freedom. So, she moved to the United States in 1988.
4. She was asked to shave her hair in order to be a solo dancer at Madonna‘s Girlie Show World Tour in 1993. She accepted as she deemed it was worth the exposure.
