Who doesn’t like to look great for his or her wedding? Obviously, we all want to look superb for the D-day. And Catherine Tyldesley is not that different from us. The Coronation Street (1960-Present) actress is working hard to stay fit and look great for her wedding. She has lost a considerable amount of weight by working out regularly and following a proper diet plan. Catherine does indulges a little, every once in awhile but she also makes up for it the other day because she doesn’t want to compromise on her health goals. Weight Loss After Birth of Her Child

The diva is in love with Tom Pitfield and gave birth to son Alfie with him in March 2015. Since then, she has been working hard to lose weight. She had succeeded in reducing her body fat percentage quickly from 22 percent to 13.7 percent (which is great, we think). She feels stronger than she ever felt in life and proved that by leg pressing 30 stones a few days back.

Dress Size and Current Weight

The dress size of the TV personality is 8-10 (US). When she weighed herself couple of days back, she was 9 st 10 lb.

Workout Routine

The workout routine of the beauty involves weight training and some High Intensity Interval Training that she does after the end of the session as reported by OK.co.uk. She works out at least 2 times in a week, no matter how busy she is. The ideal number of workout days is four according to her but she can’t always manage it due to her work.

Workout Motivation

The workout motivation of the stunner is, of course, her wedding. She wants to look awesome for the wedding. But, she has another motivation factor too. She is to participate in a 50 km walk in the Brecon Beacons which is known as TrekFest. She needs to get some practice for that event.

Liking Her Legs

The English actress always had a problem with having big legs especially because they were wobbling. But now, she likes them as they are nicely toned and well muscled. (Catherine, we like them too!!)

Morning

She starts her day with some omelet or some salmon to boost her protein intake.

Afternoon

The lunch of the beauty consists of chargrilled chicken that is complemented by some avocado and broccoli.

The dinner of the celebrity includes making Bolognese at home by using a fresh, tomato-based sauce, some lean beef mince and courgette (instead of pasta).

The Lilies (2007) actress advises her fans to stick to nature when selecting foods. She believes that anything that grows from, runs on or swims in earth is pure because everything else might be tainted as people like to tamper with food.

Diet Indulgences

Catherine likes to stick to a healthy diet during the week as it allows her to indulge a little during the weekends. She has a weakness for dark chocolate and pizza. When having chocolates, she sticks to a dairy free version or eats a dark chocolate only. She tries not to eat the whole thing but content herself with a few squares only. When she is indulging in pizza, Catherine likes to use a gluten free base and lactose-free cheese. (We guess these measures help her to not feel too guilty while indulging)
