Ramone Hamilton is an American voice actor, actor, filmmaker, singer, and dancer who is widely known for his various on-screen roles including that of kid SpongeBob in the mockumentary family sitcom TV series Modern Family (2014). Ramone gained further popularity after lending his voice to numerous animated projects such as the computer-animated Christmas fantasy comedy movie The Grinch (2018) in which he voiced Axl, and the animated television series The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants (2018-2020) where he was the voice of George Beard.

  1. He is proud to have been born in the City of Champions that was the original home of the Los Angeles Lakers.
  2. Ramone hails from an entertainment family and he began acting at the age of 6, having wanted to sing, dance, and act ever since his childhood. His grandfather had been a well-known actor in the 1950s all the way through the 1970s and just seeing him would greatly inspire Ramone. Ramone went on to take many acting lessons and voiceover classes. When he got the opportunity to audition, he had put in his very best and been grateful to have succeeded in landing a role.
  3. He has made many short films.
  4. Ramone had once sung Michael Jackson’s song Ben on NBC’s sitcom series Will & Grace.
  5. He has released the single Down For You in the past.
  6. In 2021, Ramone began a voice acting role for the character Coop in the computer-animated children’s TV series The Chicken Squad and he has greatly relished getting to sing on it and be part of an excellent music team. Ramone has adored how the theme is working together and developing the community. He has also affirmed that he has loved getting into the part of the anthropomorphic chicken who has all the chicken qualities. He has admitted that initially, he had some trouble as at times, he had to make chicken noises on the show. Apart from that, he was just able to apply his same routine, which had worked out fine.
  7. He has enjoyed both on-screen acting as well as voice acting and has observed both to have unique qualities. However, he has felt something very special about being on set, with the lights camera, and action always firing him up.

Ramone has regarded it to be a huge blessing and a real honor to be a part of the Disney Junior tradition which is all he would watch while growing up, with it being Mickey Mouse Clubhouse for him. He has hoped by being on the Disney Junior show, he would be able to have a similar impact on the children watching it, as Mickey Mouse Clubhouse had on him.
