Personal Trainer

Robert’s towering height is helping him a lot in sustaining a body-to-body contact with his opponents. However, his height is backed up with his strength levels which are pretty decent. The German international is not considered a hard worker but still, he puts time in the gym. We don’t know the structure of his workout routines but as always, we would like to share couple of videos which may help you build your own workouts based on the exercises included in each one of them.
