Personal Trainer

Robert’s towering height is helping him a lot in sustaining a body-to-body contact with his opponents. However, his height is backed up with his strength levels which are pretty decent. The German international is not considered a hard worker but still, he puts time in the gym. We don’t know the structure of his workout routines but as always, we would like to share a couple of videos which may help you build your own workouts based on the exercises included in each one of them.
