Personal Trainer

Sasha Banks works pretty hard in the gym to keep herself in top condition for her in-ring commitments. She usually hits the gym 5 days a week and her each workout session usually lasts for about 2 hours. During her gym session, the focus is usually on working her entire body and involves lots of compound barbell movements, ropework, big lifts, and kettlebell exercises. She especially loves working on deadlifts in the gym.

When she is traveling because of her wrestling work, she tries to find the CrossFit gym in the town. Once she finds one, she just focusses on conditioning and strength training work. She doesn’t believe in doing cardio in the gym as she believes her ring work takes care of it.

She complements her workout regime by sticking to a healthy and protein-rich diet plan. To make sure that there aren’t any slip-ups on the road, she packs her meal in the cooler bag so that she can later defrost and reheat it at the hotels and arenas. Her daily diet plan is as follows

  • Breakfast – Egg-white omelet with feta cheese, turkey, and onion
  • Lunch – She likes to have a salad with chicken for her lunch.
  • Dinner – Usually comprises of asparagus and salmon
  • Snacks – She usually relies on protein shakes to take care of her hunger in between meals. The other snacking options are fruits, beef jerky, and tuna packets.

    • Bankrupt (Straight Jacket Neckbreaker Slam)
