- Tiffany’s older brother encouraged her to pursue singing.
- Her mother passed away when she was 12 years old.
- She took part in a singing competition and was noticed by SM Entertainment and was cast during the 2004 SM Casting System as a trainee.
- Tiffany left California at the age of 15 and moved to Seoul, South Korea to pursue a career in music.
- After training for almost 4 years, she made her official debut with the group Girls’ Generation in August 2007.
