The Mistakes

The Geordie Shore (2011-Present) star admits that she had a bad lifestyle filming for the show. She was having all the bad stuff like vodka, red bulls, Jägerbombs, breakfast at McDonald’s, and kebabs. She was relentless and really unhealthy but she doesn’t regret it.

A major side effect of her weight gain was that she was unhappy and not living the way she wanted to. She avoided places she wasn’t feeling comfortable in, didn’t buy new clothes much and didn’t even enjoy the holidays.

Advice for Younger Self

At the moment, her advice to her younger self would be to stop having sugary drinks, Jägerbombs, WKD or vodka Red Bulls. She would want her younger self to have a gin and slimline tonic or vodka soda. She would also advice herself to try chicken kebabs instead of doner kebabs.

Numbers Speak

When the diva had gained a lot of weight, she was around 12 and a half stone. At the lowest, her weight was eight and a half stone and now it’s nine and a half stone, which makes her happy.

Weight Loss Secrets

The stunner lost a lot of weight by the means of a fitness DVD and a program. She still stands behind it. She also developed a mini V range that consists of mini shakes, bars, supplements, protein chips, etc. A difficult time of her life was when she was back to normal and real life got in the way. She started gaining the weight back and panicked for a while but exercising and eating the right foods helped her maintain the weight in a healthier way. The main reasons for her weight loss expedition were that she wanted to wear nice clothes and enjoy herself.

Workout Routine

The England-born starts her days with a training session. The workout routine involves a mixture of various exercises like spinning, boxing, and HIIT training. Training early in the morning makes her feel good and helps her in making the right food decisions.

Diet Plan

Breakfast

Queen V has scrambled eggs with spinach, avocado, button mushrooms and some chorizo or go feta in the mornings. Her preferred drink is a green smoothie or a green tea.

Lunch

During lunch, she prefers a protein bar or a shake if she is on the go. In case, she has the time, she enjoys a big superfood salad, with sweet potato, chicken, pine nuts and goji berries. Sometimes, she also has a wrap or a chunky soup.

Afternoon Snack

She enjoys some tea during mid-afternoons.

Dinner

Her last meal of the day includes some salmon or chicken. She also adds in butternut squash, sweet potatoes, couscous, brown rice and a lot of green vegetables.

Beverage Preferences

Pattison keeps herself hydrated by having loads of green tea or water throughout the day. She also likes some white wine or a good gin and tonic during the weekends.

When the winner of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here (2002-Present) is following a healthy diet, her downfalls are convenience foods. Whenever she forgets to carry her meals with her, she needs to eat convenience foods. She often becomes addicted to it and strays off the path of healthy eating.

The regular panelist on Loose Women (1999-Present) thinks that losing the extra weight helped her in more ways than one. Her career path got better when she looked and felt better.
