Personal Trainer
As a professional bowler, Jason’s training includes working on one part of the game at a time and focusing on the areas that need improvement during the entire training session. He uses drills to isolate and work on the weak spots. Rather than quantity, he believes in the quality of training and sticks with training for about a maximum of 45-60 minutes with 2-3 minutes break after every 20 minutes.
