These days the preferred workout of the diva is running when she has ample time. When the time is scarce, she prefers high-intensity workouts. During these exercises, she will run on the treadmill, do Pilates or simply hits a heavy bag, reported Fox News recently. She works out five times a week and dedicates one hour during a session on those days.
The mother of two likes to mix up her workouts to stay motivated because she gets bored pretty easily. She also likes to build up a good sweat during her workout sessions to call them a real success.
The fitness and wellness expert thinks that choosing a career after her days in the ring were over was not an easy task. She had to take help of methods like meditation to decide what to do in life. It was during that time she realized that she wants to help people regarding fitness and wellness. She wanted to assist people in taking control of their health. Don’t Go Overboard with Your Kids’ Health

But she often worries whether her children are learning the value of fitness. She got the answer when her son Curtis Jr. wrote her a letter and expressed that he likes cooking good food, talking about good manners and playing games with her. He also called her the best mom in the world.
