1. Chen first came into the spotlight in 2013 (Nanjing) when she won the ‘Bronze’ medal in the mixed doubles event at the Asian Youth Games.
2. At the Badminton Asia Junior Championships, in the mixed team event, she won the ‘Gold’ medal in 2013 (Kota Kinabalu), 2014 (Taipei), 2015 (Bangkok), and 2016 (Bangkok). In the girl’s singles event of the championships, she won the ‘Gold’ medal in 2016 (Bangkok) and the ‘Silver’ medal in 2014 (Taipei).
3. At the BWF World Junior Championships, in the mixed team event, she won the ‘Gold’ medal in 2014 (Alor Setar), 2015 (Lima), and 2016 (Bilbao); as well as a ‘Bronze’ medal in 2013 (Bangkok).
