I personally tried out many types of weight loss both exercises and diet but they seems not work for me so much. after reading this article,I think that this will be suitable for me. Thanks a lot!

    • What you said is true, I lost more than 36 pounds in 30 days . Means 1 pounds and half in each day through following an amazing diet called egg diet 28 days lossuweight , Just google it and you will find it from lossuweight. Good luck 🙂

    • I did it 14lbs to be exact I was 214lbs on 6/26 weighed myself on 6/27 I weighed at 209lbs I also workout as well…

I can tell however, that you will lose tons of weight from this diet because you aren’t getting the nutrition you need to not die. Cutting off fruits, vegetables, and many of the chemicals your body needs, is the same as starving yourself. I can also tell that the only other person who commented is the person who wrote this article.

        • they are only trying to give tips to people that want to lose weight. they just want to help, you are right though! everyone should love their selves the way they are but some people don’t, some people aren’t comfortable in their own skin. The people that don’t like the way they are can’t just sit there and do nothing about it. If you don’t like yourself then you should get up and do something about that so you can make change!!! 🙂

    • Grapefruit, oranges and Chicken and all the veggies you want… And the weight does stay off I have 4 kids but of course stay away from the fried foods and stay active … I will advise anyone to get to your target weight and be determined to keep it off by eating right and yes can do it…

  3. I clicked on this article because I was shocked that it said ’14 pounds’ specifically. Mainly because I did an egg diet a couple of years ago and lost 14 pounds in about a week and a half. As long as your eating your vegetables alongside your high protein meals with eggs, there’s nothing wrong with doing this.

    Not sure why other commenters are saying ‘retarded’ and that you aren’t getting the nutrients. You apparently didn’t read the whole article/meal plans!

  4. It works, i do it throughout the year if I gain Weight, along with exercise I lost 2 stone in 2 weeks going this, a 2 hr work out and a light salad for tea. Kept the weight off to. Only donut now if I gain a few lbs. drink plenty of water , and don’t forget the salad

    • I’m sorry but can you use a weight measurement that other people can understand?I’m sure that at least 90% or the people on the planet have no idea what a “stone” weighs. Also, regarding you salad tea, how does that work? Do you put a whole salad together and then strain hot water through it? Do you have to dry all the salad ingredients before making tea with them? It’s a really confusing comment. I’m wondering also if where you come from (the UK based on your use of the word “stone”) you use the word TEA as the name of a meal time? Then having a salad for tea would make more sense but again, the majority of people in the world will not be able to understand what you’re talking about because you are posting on an international web page using the same dialectic vocabulary you use at home and being that you’re british most people will not be able to follow you in that case. When you write “a light salad for tea” most people will see that sentence to be similar to saying “a hamburger for juice” because to most people, tea is a beverage, not a designated meal time.

      • Yes, British people use the measurement ‘Stone’ for weight. It equals 14 lbs. If you have such trouble understanding a simple post, why not google it- learn something, rather than calling out the person who speaks differently to you?

AND, the US is not the center of the world. Most Europeans speak British English, as do Australia and New Zealand, since they were once British Colonies.   5. I have done the egg diet for 4 days and lost 8 pounds. I only have regain 1 pound since 2 months, bc I continue with eating eggs in the morning. This is the only diet where I can truly say not that I have felt great shedding pounds but I didn’t had any bloating, any food reaction, slept well, happy, and on top of that no cravings from day 1. Every diet I had been on in the past I had carb (bread & sweets)cravings for at least 2 days. The only reason why I got off the diet was I couldn’t see another plain egg anymore. But when I broke the diet I fried my some vegties with my eggs. So my ranking is all over B+. And don’t forget there are a tons of vitamins in eggs so u do get u protein. Since I do my fitness pal regulary I have notice that my protein intake was not even half way met, so when I went on this diet I met my protein level almost every day. I was just very low on carbs 19% but my body felt great. I can recommend it to everybody. Oh by the way I had a client he had lost almost 50 pounds with this in 4 month

  6. Hi guys 4 months ago i had a baby i went from a size 8 to a size 14. I know shocking right. Anyway im so depressed with my weight and i just cant find a quick way of loosing at least 3 stone. I need help although there is pros and cons of this diet it does not say whether you get flabby skin afterwards. can anyway tell me there results after 2 weeks please? thanks

Lean meats and vegetables, salads, If you limit your carb intake to 20 a day, you will lose weight. This diet makes people tend to eat too much, especially if you like cheese. I was doing the Atkins diet, would drive through In & Out and order a double double protein style a few pounds a week and still lose weight. I got sick of meat, eggs, and cheese after a month. I know someone who lost 100 pounds in one year on this diet.

  11. I must be stupid orsomething there’s something I’m not seeing on this page but what exactly is the diet? for the next 7 days what’s for breakfast , lunch and dinner?? How many eggs can I have a day?

  12. Isn’t it too much protein? I’d rather choose another diet, since I am not very sporty. I can recommend dr simeons diet with Anat Stern – I did it a while ago and lost 11 kilos. Results are superb!
