Every celebrity in Hollywood is fitness freak and every one of them has their own unique diet and workout plan but Gwyneth Paltrow is not one among them. While reading ahead you will find that everything in her routine is natural and simple, something that you and me can try out daily. The Academy award winner and a mother of two has some very unique tips for all of you. Take a look at it and make your life more happy and healthy.

GWYNETH PALTROW WORKOUT ROUTINE

  • RUN MORE IF YOU EAT MORE

Gwyneth is not ashamed of admitting that she loves to eat and even though her already skinny figure cannot bloat, a small tummy is enough to prevent her from looking good in a black dress. So, she fits in a lot of cardio exercises in her workouts to keep up the momentum. She believes that an hour of cardio 4 days a week is sufficient but finally it depends on what and how much you eat.

  • VISUALIZE AND GO FOR IT!

The Contagion actress has a theory, according to which, she says it is easier to workout and get satisfactory results. It is simple; just imagine where you want to be and how you will look like. For instance, Gwyneth aimed at getting herself to the perfect figure so that she can fit into her shorts. For her, it was the satisfaction point and she did not want to go further than that.

  • GOING THAT EXTRA MILE

Gwyneth feels that being in a fixed schedule is easier and much comforting over a long period of time. In fact, she believes, one will even feel better if they are able to complete a fixed set daily but that will hardly help. Doing that one extra mile, or doing anything else, one notch more, goes a long way in translating efforts into results.

  • LOW WEIGHTS FOR WOMEN

Gwyneth believes that whether a woman wants to look muscular or not, totally depends on her. However, she personally feels that women should not lift weights more than 3 pounds, after all it is just for toning purpose. The actress’ personal trainer also makes her sweat a lot to make her lose calories.

  • WORKOUT DIETS

Paltrow has a carefully planned schedule of eating before and after her workouts. She usually has green tea early in the morning and then the breakfast consisting of protein shakes made up of almond milk, supplements and blueberries. She then moves on to the workout followed by kale juice and then a low carb-calorie lunch.

  • GWYNETH’S SPECIAL GRILL

The Academy award winning actress has her own special food that she loves and is healthy as well. It is called the Lemony Grilled Chicken and is served with some steamed vegetables or vegetable salad.

  • HER FAVORITE SNACKS

Gwyneth has a point when she says it all boils down to what you eat between the three meals. It is important to make it healthy and low on calorie and yet give you energy. Her favorites are raw almonds, raisins, coconut water, kale juice, lemon juice and of course lots of water. The turkey kale soup is what she have for dinner, giving a light end to the day. She avoids processed foods in any form.

  • LOVE THE SINS

More often, we see celebrities keeping themselves away from fast foods and chocolates and being all paranoid about even being near one. Well, that is not the case with Gwyneth. She loves fries, cakes and other so called ‘junk’ foods. But she has it all in moderation and not to the content of her heart. She believes if you stay away from the foods you love, then it creates a psychological impact and leads you to depression and anxiety. Hence, the inclusion of such foods occasionally into your body is important.

So far, we have admired this beautiful actress on screen and for her radiating personality. But now we got to love the way she does it. Gwyneth’s methods are simple yet effective, natural yet healthy. And more importantly she admits the effort she put into it.
