Both the aforementioned titles were Vissel Kobe‘s first such triumphs. With Celtic F.C., Kyogo won both the Scottish Premiership (the top division of the Scottish professional soccer league system) and the Scottish League Cup (Scotland’s 2nd-most prestigious knockout soccer competition) in the 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons. With Celtic F.C., Kyogo also won the Scottish Cup (the premier domestic knockout soccer competition in Scotland) in the 2022-23 season. It was the club’s record-extending 41st such title.
