  1. She appeared as Go Ae-shin’s loyal maid in the 2018 historical romantic drama television show, Mr. Sunshine, and was honored with 26th Korean Culture and Entertainment Award for “Excellence Award, Actress in a Drama” for her brilliant performance.

Lee Jung-eun co-starred in the 2019 film, Parasite, alongside Song Kang-ho, Lee Sun-kyun, Cho Yeo-jeong, Choi Woo-shik, Park So-dam, and Jang Hye-jin and the film bagged 4 awards at the 92nd Academy Awards: Best Picture, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay, and Best International Feature Film. The film also set the record by becoming the first South Korean film to receive Academy Award as well as the first film in a language other than English to win ‘Best Picture’.
