1. He was raised in a Syro-Malabar Catholic Nasrani family in Irinjalakkuda as the youngest child of Ellikkal Thomas and Sheela Thomas.
2. During his schooling days at Don Bosco High School, he was titled the school leader and also succeeded in the school’s handball team.
