Kristen Stewart, also known as Bella Swan in The Twilight Saga is slender and lean, and can be seen in the gym making her svelte body look perfect. She is a tough girl, who has started working out regularly. According to a British edition of Vogue magazine, Kristen has never worked out before her 2012 movie Snow White and the Huntsman. It all started during this film that she had to give a complete body makeover.
Kristen Stewart Workout Routine
In an interview with BBC, she had explained about her exercises and the pain she had went through for her role as Snow White in that movie. She said –
“Physically I had never challenged myself as much as I did on this movie. I destroyed myself physically, by the end of it I could barely move.”
Her The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 and On The Road have already been released. She also appeared nude in the latter. To show off her fit figure, she did Pilates and running. She had already built up some strength with push ups before the Snow White and the Huntsman.
K-Stew had hired a personal trainer as well for this movie. Squats, resistance exercises with free weights and push ups were the regular ones for her. Her challenging role in this action filled film had made her to workout regularly.
From On the Road, her glowing skin and statistics have improved. She actually adopted Bikram Yoga to repair her 22 old frame frame.
It is a system of yoga that was developed by Bikram Choudhury and popularized in the early 1970s. It is the most popular form of hot yoga. According to this, an individual is required to go through 26 postures which also includes two breathing exercises.

She also left alcohol for some time to focus on her body. Smoking, which is considered injurious to health, was left by her for upcoming projects. She explained –
“Well, it’s kind of embarrassing but I’m playing a vampire soon. I eat disgustingly normally. And so, right now, I’m trying to not put so much butter in my food and stuff like that.”
It is important to consume low calorie diet to lose weight. Though, by doing this you may not grab essential nutrients required for the body. So, it becomes a bit of challenging work.
Back in 2010, Kristen revealed about her eating habits via a talk show Lopez Tonight that she always have a diet which is protein rich and low in calories. She expressed her love for her favorite food Chili Verde, which is a Mexican dish packed with pork, jalapeños and tomatillos.
She also has a love for pies. She bakes the pies for her friends. Nikki Reed and Kristen have build their friendship upon this pie.
