Personal Trainer

Charles Dance works out regularly. While on weekends, he cycles furiously early morning to a nearby Hampstead Heath. There, he swims for 20-minutes in the unheated outdoor pool in his skimpy Speedos, no matter the weather conditions may be. After that, he takes a hot shower and cycles back home. He follows it up with a workout that includes pumping iron, yoga, and Pilates for an hour and 10 minutes.

My parents were in Singapore when the Japs came in (old fella was Civil engineer in the Yard,) I noticed in “the Grip” that we have an identical shoulder injury.I live in Bradford where you can find me on Facebook and on Flickr.
