- He had started posting videos on YouTube way back in 2007 under a different user name. He, however, started to get attention only after 2012 when he had created a new channel with the user name Crispy Concords.
- The user name Crispy Concords came about when he and his friend were trying to come up with a team name for themselves in a shooting video game. They had wanted to come up with a funky name that would start with the word ‘Crispy’ but nothing materialized. When his friend left, he was browsing through his extensive shoe collection and happened to glance at one of his favorites – a pair of Concords. He combined the two terms and kept it as a future user name/screen name.
