Fala Chen is a Chinese-American actress and singer who is best known for portraying characters such as Tong Chi Yan in the drama TV series Heart of Greed (2007), Ching Ka-Man in the drama TV series Steps (2007), Gam Wing Hing in the drama TV series Moonlight Resonance (2008), Lau Ching in the period drama TV series No Regrets (2010), Ho Nin-hei in the drama TV series Triumph in the Skies II (2013), and Lee Yan in the historical romance TV series Sound of the Desert. She has also acted in films such as Turning Point (2009), 72 Tenants of Prosperity (2010), The Fortune Buddies (2011), Secret Treasure (2015), and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021). An accomplished singer, she had released her debut solo studio album titled Beautiful Life in July 2012. Within a week of its release, the album had reached 1st place on HMV‘s ‘Asian Album Top Sales Chart’.
