- When Kay Lee Ray won the Fierce Females/Scottish Women’s Championship in May 2013, it was her first major championship victory. She eventually lost the title in May 2015 in a 20-woman Rumble match, ending her reign of more than 2 years; which was 755 days to be precise.
- Having won the Insane Championship Wrestling (ICW) women’s championship for the first time in November 2016, she lost it in July 2017 in a match that lasted just 37 seconds. Although she regained the title in October 2017, the match she lost the title in was one of the shortest matches ever in the competition’s history.
- In 2016, she was ranked at number 28 in the ‘PWI Female 50′ list, a compilation of the best female singles wrestlers in the world that is published annually by the renowned Pro Wrestling Illustrated (PWI) magazine.
