In a recent report published by Daily Star, the happy and cheerful lady has admitted that though, she is about to be 56 in a few weeks time, she still manages to look beautiful due to her luck. She thinks it’s luck that she has good cheekbones and skin which she inherited from her mother.

Workout Routine

The workout routine of the star includes doing Zumba class in a church hall. She is so addicted to the class that even getting sweaty and horrible (after a class) doesn’t make her feel uncomfortable. She does two classes a week of Zumba and often does some Pilates to stay in shape.

The TV personality has also stated that she was never unfit, but she was not too fit either. Zumba helped her to be more fit and she has become more confident of her body. She considers Zumba to be fun and she praises her Zumba instructor, Maxine Jones too. Maxine has changed her life because she looks better now and has a lot of energy which makes her look and feel younger. She also loves being size 10.

The attractive lady has participated in a Moonwalk in London and Edinburgh. She also ran marathons in London and New York for raising thousands of pounds for breast cancer research. But, she says that most of it was done due to her determination to help others rather than an attempt to get healthier.

No Weights Please

Lorraine does not like to weigh herself. She just estimates it by the fitting of her clothes.

Considering Herself OK but Healthy

Kelly doesn’t think she has a perfect body. She just thinks that she is OK. She also considers herself to be healthy because she eats well, exercises regularly and has never smoked in her life.

Diet Secrets

The actress also doesn’t like the word diet as it don’t work for her and she thinks that they end up making you fat. She follows a healthy eating plan which includes sticking to Sally’s recipes that are easy to make and are very healthy. She also tries to eat sensibly during the week but she never starves herself.

Weekend Indulgence

On the weekends, the journalist likes to let her hair down a bit. If she wishes for a fish supper, or curry on a weekend, she goes for it. She always balances her weekend indulgences by eating right in the weekdays.

Overindulgence

The recipient of Scottish BAFTA Award 2014 does like to overindulge a little. During the last Christmas, she ate like a piglet. But, she admitted that she over-indulged over Christmas. She did that knowing the fact that Maxine will get those additional few pounds worked off her.
