Nancy Kerrigan is an American figure skater, dancer, and actress who won bronze medals at the 1991 World Championships and the 1992 Winter Olympics, silver medals at the 1992 World Championships and the 1994 Winter Olympics, as well as the 1993 US National Figure Skating Championship. She was attacked by an assailant using a police baton on January 6, 1994, but she quickly recovered.
