- In March 2000, he made his TV show debut by portraying the character of 5-Year-Old Dave in an episode titled S*x with Pudding of the dark comedy sitcom, Titus. The show starred Christopher Titus, Zack Ward, Cynthia Watros, Stacy Keach, Frances Fisher, and David Shatraw.
- Adam Hicks made his first theatrical film appearance by playing the role of Brady Davis, son of Phil and Kim who wants to help with the derby car, in the 2005 American comedy film, Down and Derby, whose lead cast comprised of actors Greg Germann, Lauren Holly, and Pat Morita.
