1. He was born and brought up in Dominica.
2. Alick is a left-handed batsman and right-arm off-break bowler.
3. He was named to the West Indies squad for the 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup in November 2017. Following his match that year, he was named the rising star of the squad by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
4. Alick is the second batsman for the West Indies to score two centuries in a single tournament, finishing the leading run-scorer, with 418 runs in the competition.
5. He was part of the Cricket West Indies B Team squad that was set to take part in the inaugural edition of the Global T20 Canada tournament in June 2018.
6. On December 6, 2018, Alick played his first-class game for the Windward Islands at the 2018–19 Regional Four-Day Competition.
