    • Osteoporosis is a calcium deficiency… FYI calcium can be received through nutrients (other than dairy) and the sun due to three hormones in the body

  4. A strong body has muscle tone and enough flesh to cover the bones. This blog post glorifies her weight loss like she overcame some huge obesity problem. She has gone from a healthy person who was maybe a 5 pound heavy to a scrawny chick leg. She is not eating enough calories. I commend her for choosing healthier food, but it doesn’t matter if you eat nothing but veggies if you don’t eat enough calories to maintain a healthy, strong body. Look to Jessica Biel or Jennifer Lopez as an example of health. Ariana Grande just looks like a starved orphan. Gross.

    • Actually, she is in a healthy weight range for her height. I know because I am only 1 inch taller and 4lbs heavier. I am right in the middle of my healthy weight range with the lower end being 97lbs. She is fine. She was fine before, but still is.
