1. He made his first film appearance by playing the role of Anbarasu (Malarkodi’s husband) in the Tamil-language action film Vamsam in 2010. Produced by his father, the film emerged as a success at the box office and Arulnithi was nominated for a Vijay Award in the “Best Debut Actor” category.
2. In 2011, he played the dual role of Vasanth and Udhayan in the Tamil action film Udhayan.
3. He was cast as Karunakaran in the Tamil-language action thriller film Mouna Guru in 2011.
4. Along with Bindu Madhavi, Ashrita Shetty, and Bagavathi Perumal, Arulnithi co-starred as Tamil/Thamizh in the Tamil-language magic realism comedy film Oru Kanniyum Moonu Kalavaanikalum in 2014.
