  1. His List A debut for the Pakistan Television cricket team was made in the 2018–19 Quaid-e-Azam One Day Cup on September 6, 2018.
  2. On March 5, 2019, Azam Khan made his Twenty20 debut, for the Quetta Gladiators, in the 2019 Pakistan Super League.
  3. Azam Khan got drafted by the Galle Gladiators for the inaugural edition of the Lanka Premier League in October 2020.
  4. On December 26, 2020, he made his first-class debut, for Sindh, in the 2020–21 Quaid-e-Azam Trophy.
  5. In July 2021, Azam was rushed to the hospital after he got hit by a fast bowler on the head during training. Luckily, he was wearing a helmet.
