Pork is an animal feed from highly contaminated environment and it is hazardous to our health. it is not by accident that Jews and Muslims don’t eat Pork, there is a health wisdom behind it. To Lose Wait, Set This Challenging Goal: Do Not Eat From The Sunrise To The Sunset Not Even Drink, The First Few Days Are Challenging, But Then It Goes Into Habit, After Sunset, Eat Liquidy Food Such As Soops, A Lot Of Greens, And Drink Water, Do Not Acceed The Limit. Do That Day After Day Then Everyday For As Much As You Can Handle. I Did It And I Lost 20lbs In A Single Month.
