1. During her school years, she was a quiet student.
2. For her first acting lessons, she paid using the money she earned as a model.
3. It was in 2018 that Go Youn-jung became a part of MAA Entertainment and was one of the first female actors to join the agency. It has been revealed that she had rejected the first offer from MMA but later accepted when she was offered a second time.

She made her first theatrical film appearance by playing the role of Jo Yoo-jeong (a college student who has been under Park Pyong-ho’s protection and guidance) in the espionage action thriller film Hunt in 2022. Her co-stars for the project included Lee Jung-jae, Jung Woo-sung, Jeon Hye-jin, and Heo Sung-tae.
5. For her role in Hunt, Go Youn-jung was nominated for a Baeksang Arts Award for “Best New Actress – Film”, Blue Dragon Film Award for “Best New Actress”, Buil Film Award for “Best New Actress”, and Grand Bell Award for “Best New Actress”.
