Workout as a Habit
The actress has made working out a part of her routine so she rarely lets go of it. She works out regularly because it makes her feel good and she has made it a habit just like brushing her teeth. But, there are days when she doesn’t feel like doing it.
Workout Routine
The Goop founder says that celebrity personal trainer Tracy Anderson is her fitspiration and she has been her fan for more than a decade. She is also an investor in her company. Paltrow’s workout routine involves hitting the gym on a daily basis and she does it, especially in the mornings.
She has changed her workout routine a bit lately by lifting heavier weights so that she could deal with lower back pain issues. There are times when she can’t work out at all and she explains the reasons for that. Paltrow says that sometimes, she is too busy to have a workout and at other times, her back hurts pretty badly. Whenever she can’t hit the gym, she feels a bit depressed.
Health Trend
The ex-wife of Chris Martin says that she can’t get enough of a health trend as she is very interested in the impact of parasites and heavy metals on human bodies. She thinks that they are the two main reasons behind why people feel so bad most of the time. She is trying very hard to understand how to eliminate them from the body by looking at various types of weird modalities.
Diet Secrets
The food writer has a very simple diet. She eats healthily and cuts on processed foods and her alcohol intake. When she eats too many processed foods or increases the alcohol intake, she feels it and then, she has to restrict it again.
Diet Cleanse
Gwynnie created quite a stir when she opted for a diet cleanse in 2016 in which she didn’t eat any corn, dairy, gluten, caffeine, soy, red meat, alcohol, added sugar, white rice, and shellfish.
She also stayed away from nightshades like peppers, tomatoes, potatoes, and eggplants. Her diet was focused on lean protein, whole veggies, etc. For dressings, she opted for lemon and olive oil. Now when she is asked about a diet cleanse, she says that she can’t be on a diet cleanse at all times. She even called the seven-week cleanse she tried last year as awful.
Diet Indulgence
Though the singer admits that having a healthy diet most of the times is good for you, she also stresses the importance of indulging a little. She sometimes indulges in options like baguette & cheese and red wine, despite knowing that she would pay for the choice later on. When she is at home and in a mood to loosen the reins a bit, she indulges in a glass of wine, some fries and a baguette dripping in cheese. She also eats what she wants and doesn’t exercise when she is on a vacation.
Opinion on Being Criticized
The blonde bombshell doesn’t let haters ruin her day ever. She knows that when you launch something new, people question it endlessly but after a few years, they are fine with it. So, she doesn’t regret the experiments she does in order to live a healthier life.
Dealing with Haters
Another way of dealing with haters is to not let their opinion impact your own judgment. When someone doesn’t like something you do, it shouldn’t matter to you. She truly believes that criticism only hurts when you have a judgment about yourself about that very thing.
