- In 2017, she made her acting debut by playing the role of Raji in the Malayalam film Sarvopari Palakkaran.
- Mamitha Baiju appeared as Alphonsa in the Malayalam-language cybercrime thriller film Operation Java in 2021.
- She brought to life the character of Anju, captain of the school Kho Kho team, in the 2021 Malayalam-language sports drama film Kho-Kho. For this role, Mamitha won the Kerala Film Critics Award for “Best Supporting Actress”.
