Pooja Bedi is an Indian actress, talk show host, entrepreneur, and columnist who is best known for her work in films such as Vishkanya (1991), Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar (1992), Lootere (1993), and Phir Teri Kahani Yaad Aayee (1993). After the death of her mother and brother in the late 1990s, she had taken almost a decade-long break from the entertainment industry. After the hiatus, she had participated in several reality TV shows such as Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 1 (2006), Nach Baliye 3 (2007), Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 1 (2008), and Bigg Boss 5 (2011). She has been featured in numerous plays, TV commercials, advertisement campaigns, and has also penned articles for publications such as The Times of India, The Hindustan Times, MiD DAY, L’officiel, Femina, and The Week. She is the founder of Happy Soul, a health and wellness retail brand.

- An avid cook, she has completed professional courses in Mughlai, Italian, Mexican, continental, Thai, and Chinese cuisine. She is also an expert in baking and vegetable carving.
