- In 2015, he appeared as Young Chalukya Veerabhadra in the Telugu-language 3D biographical action film Rudhramadevi, based on the life of Rudrama Devi who was one of the prominent rulers of the Kakatiya dynasty in the Deccan and one of the few ruling queens in Indian history.
- Alongside Shriya Sharma and Akkineni Nagarjuna, Roshann Meka co-starred as Samuel, the son of a poor farmer, in the 2016 Telugu-language romantic drama film Nirmala Convent. For this role, he won the “Best Male Debut – Telugu” award at the 6th South Indian International Movie Awards as well as the “Best Debut Actor Award” at the 15th Santosham Film Awards.
- Roshann Meka brought to life the character of Vashishta, a basketball player, in the 2021 Telugu-language musical romantic comedy film Pelli SandaD, a sequel of a 1996 film of the same name.
