- One of her earliest pageantry wins was the “Miss Lasallista” beauty pageant, hence, sparking her interest in beauty pageants.
- She was on her school’s varsity volleyball team while attending Central American University.
- Sheynnis made her professional pageantry debut in 2016 winning the “Miss Teen Nicaragua 2016” beauty pageant. Later, she went on to make it to the top 10 at the “Teen Miss Universe 2017.”
- After a two-year hiatus, she returned only to win the title of “Miss World Nicaragua 2020” and represented her country at “Miss World 2021” which was rescheduled to take place on March 16, 2022, as a result of an immense rise in COVID-19 cases. Though she made it to the top 40’s list, she failed to advance.
