St. Vincent is an American singer and songwriter who has released a number of albums, extended plays, and tracks which include Strange Mercy, Actor, Marry Me, St. Vincent, Masseduction, Paris Is Burning, Actor Out of Work, Birth in Reverse, Fast Slow Disco, Los Ageless, Teenage Talks, and Jesus Saves, I Spend. She started her career with the choral rock band, The Polyphonic Spree, and went on to win a Grammy for “Best Alternative Album” for her eponymous album.

- After her parents separated when she was 7, Anne moved to Dallas, Texas with her mother and two older sisters.
