Anllela regularly hits the gym to keep her stunning figure in right shape. She usually keeps changing her workout routine to get the most out of it and to increase her knowledge and experience as a fitness instructor. Anllela usually works out twice a day with each workout session lasting for about an hour.
She lifts weights for her conditioning workouts and to make these workouts even more productive, she includes bodyweight exercises such as pushups and squats. When it comes to lifting the weight, she especially loves big lifts. She also uses functional training exercises such as battle ropes in her workout regime.
