- As a child, Dominique didn’t get to see his father much as he was imprisoned.
- In 2012, while being interviewed by Pitchfork, Domo made a statement, “He hadn’t eaten breakfast since he was in high school”.
- At the age of 4 or 5, Domo’s mother arranged for the Power Rangers to come to his birthday as he was a big fan of them.

- The first CD that Domo ever paid for was The Marshall Mathers LP by Eminem.
- Domo was raised by his uncle since he was a little boy, as his mother found it difficult to take care of both him and his brother who battled with Autism.
