- Lintz has been a lifelong fan of Auburn University and enrolled there in 2014.
- She did her first audition for the role of Mattie Ross in the 2010 remake of True Grit along with 15,000 other girls and even got called back for a screen test, however, the part was finally assigned to Hailee Steinfeld.
- In 2012, she was cast in her first theatrical film as a District 8 contestant in The Hunger Games alongside the likes of Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, and Woody Harrelson.
- Lintz made her debut TV show appearance as Pamela Bovitz in Drop Dead Diva in 2011. Later, in 2013, she portrayed the character of Norrie Calvert-Hill in Under the Dome until 2015.
