Max was asked to eat a clean and healthy diet with a focus on fresh vegetables and lean meat. He was also asked to avoid junk food and a sugary diet.

Wisniewski created a workout regime that had his trainees lifting free weights so as to bulk their skinny frames. He also included core exercises such as crunches and planks on the medicine ball in the workout regime.
